The purpose of the CRLA is to administer a variety of recreational sports leagues, tournament and special events for the people of Casper and the surrounding area. Its effect will be to contribute to the welfare of the community by organizing, managing, and maintaining such programs. This includes scheduling, purchasing equipment and hiring personnel as necessary to effectively administer sports related programs.
